About The Company

Richard BrownFor over a quarter century, Richard Brown has been considered by many to be the consummate Hollywood lighting director, making a career of lighting hit television series such as Saved by the Bell, Caroline in the City, Ellen, Head of the Class, Boy Meets World among others. His various television assignments have included lighting for television coverage of the Academy Awards, the 2002 Winter Olympics, as well as lighting interviews with three American Presidents. In 2004, Brown ventured beyond simply lighting broadcast venues and began designing and installing architectural lighting systems for public buildings, including convention centers, churches, corporate meeting facilities and theme parks. The combination of Brown’s broadcast experience and architectural lighting design capabilities make him uniquely qualified to create and install high quality, high concept lighting treatments for a wide variety of structures and venues.

Richard Brown Lighting Design is a California-based corporation, with design studios in Burbank, California and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
